PAUL GRAY LLB, BSc
Director
Paul was educated at the University of Otago and admitted to the bar in 2002. After graduating he worked at a local law firm for a couple years before moving to London. Paul spent four years in London working as a prosecutor and licensing litigation lawyer before returning to Gore in 2009. Paul joined Smith Wood & Woods in 2009 and became a director of the firm in 2013.

LISA GRACE LLB, BSc
Director
Lisa was educated at the University of Otago and admitted to the bar in 2005. After graduating Lisa worked at an Invercargill law firm for two and a half years before joining Smith Wood & Woods in 2007. She became a director of the firm in 2009.

Lisa is treasurer of the Local Vocals Gore & Districts Choir and also sings in the music team at Calvin Community Church. Lisa was on the committee of the Gore Parents Centre for seven years and was a trustee of the Gore Kids Hub for three years. Outside of work Lisa enjoys spending time with her family, tramping, sewing and watching cricket.

Director
Joanne was educated at University of Otago and commenced work at Smith Wood & Woods in 1999. After moving with her young family to the family sheep farm in Dipton in 2007 Joanne took a break from legal work returning to the firm in March 2017.
